We are KVA holistic Wellness Center based in Port St Lucie, FL. We personally, and in coordination with our partner company, Yogamu, LLC., and in accordance with the Global Yoga Teacher Academy, aka “GYTA”, conduct live in-person and online classes, education, and training (both for personal and professional development) in the areas of yoga, meditation, Eastern and New Age Philosophy, History and more.
Acknowledgment:
Regardless of previous yoga, meditation, or Reiki practice, please be mindful, during practice, of any injuries, medical issues, and of your own medical and or psychiatric history. YOU know your body and mind best. Do not ignore pain, triggering, or extreme obtrusive thoughts EVER. In the physical realm, do not push past pain. Yoga & meditation heals. They do not hurt.
By purchasing a course or subscribing to a monthly membership with KVA holistic Wellness Center delivered by itself and/or affiliated partners i.e. Yogamu, LLC., GYTA, or others, I understand that yoga, meditation, and Reiki include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, relief of muscular tension, and examining the internal workings of the mind. As is the case with any physical or mental analysis activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling physical injury, is always present and cannot be eliminated. Likewise, through meditation and examination of the mind, serious deep-rooted traumas may be revealed and can cause initial distress before they can be dealt with in a healing environment under the guidance of a licensed mental health professional.
In the presence of physical discomfort, if at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture, notify your teacher, or rest and relax in a posture that is therapeutic for you.
If you experience any mental distress, that you are unable to dissipate by opening your eyes and grounding yourself in the present moment, likewise, notify your teacher, end your session, and contact a qualified mental health professional that can assist you.
Know, that you may rest at any time during any class or end your yoga/meditation session early if necessary. It is important in yoga and Eastern Philosophy that you listen to your body and mind and respect its limits on any given day.
By purchasing any KVA Holistic Wellness Center and affiliated Course or Subscription, I, the purchaser, understand that yoga, meditation, or Reiki is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I also understand that Yoga (without specific modifications) is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. If you have any medical or psychiatric condition, you agree to consult with your physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga and meditation. By purchasing or subscribing to a course(s), I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga or meditation and I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have, against KVA holistic Wellness Center or any of its affiliated partnerships i.e. Yogamu, LLC., or the Global Yoga Teacher Academy, it’s affiliated global teachers, and Kristin Valenti or Craig Adams as Lead Teachers of Synchronicity Center, Inc.
Terms And Conditions
KVA Holistic Wellness Center provides recorded classes (e-learning) as well as live classes, downloadable materials, and links to other resources that help users become yoga teachers (“KVA Holistic Wellness Center along with Yogamu content”) streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected computers and other devices.
You have accepted these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our service. Personally, identifying information is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
As used in these Terms and Conditions, “KVA Holistic Wellness Center service”, “our service” or “the service” means the personalized service provided by KVA Holistic Wellness Center for discovering and watching KVA Holistic Wellness Center content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

- KVA Holistic Wellness Center Service
You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your country, to become a member of the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service. Individuals under the age of 18, or the applicable age of majority, may utilize the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s account and otherwise subject to these Terms and Conditions.
During your KVA Holistic Wellness Center membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service and view KVA Holistic Wellness Center content through the service. Except for the foregoing, no right, title, or interest shall be transferred to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order/membership at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or any other reasons.
You may view KVA Holistic Wellness Center content primarily within the country in which you have established your account and only in geographic locations where we offer our service and have licensed such content. The content that may be available to watch will vary by geographic location and will change from time to time.
The KVA Holistic Wellness Center service, including the content library, is regularly updated. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including but not limited to our website, user interfaces, promotional features, and availability of KVA Holistic Wellness Center content.
Some KVA Holistic Wellness Center content is available for download and offline viewing on certain supported devices (“Offline Titles”). Limitations apply, including restrictions on the number of Offline Titles per account, the maximum number of devices that can contain Offline Titles, the time period within which you will need to begin viewing Offline Titles, and how long the Offline Titles will remain accessible.
You agree to use the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or other restrictions on the use of the service or content therein. Except as explicitly authorized in these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service; use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms and Conditions or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
The quality of the display of the KVA Holistic Wellness Center content may vary from device to device and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through, and/or the speed of your Internet connection. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. KVA Holistic Wellness Center makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your watching experience on your display. The time it takes to begin watching the KVA Holistic Wellness Center content show will vary based on several factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the KVA Holistic Wellness Center content you have selected, and the configuration of your device.
KVA Holistic Wellness Center software may solely be used for authorized streaming and viewing of content from KVA Holistic Wellness Center. This software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities may also differ between devices. By using our service, you agree to receive, without further notice or prompting, updated versions of the KVA Holistic Wellness Center and related third-party software. If you do not accept the foregoing terms, do not use our service.
- Password and Account Access
The member who created the KVA Holistic Wellness Center account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Owner”) has access and control over the KVA Holistic Wellness Center account and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the account. To maintain control over the account and prevent anyone from accessing the account (which could include information on the viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated to the account to anyone.
You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, KVA Holistic Wellness Center, or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity. KVA Holistic Wellness Center is not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of KVA Holistic Wellness Center or by the automated processes of KVA Holistic Wellness Center.
- Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations On Liability
THE KVA HOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, OR ANY OTHER FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE KVA HOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER SERVICE, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KVA HOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE KVA HOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL KVA HOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER, OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR ANY OF THEIR SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
- Miscellaneous
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A. without regard to conflict of law’s provisions. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your state of residence.
Unsolicited Materials. KVA Holistic Wellness Center does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for KVA Holistic Wellness Center content and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to KVA Holistic Wellness Center. Should you send any unsolicited materials or ideas, you do so with the understanding that no additional consideration of any sort will be provided to you, and you are waiving any claim against KVA Holistic Wellness Center and its affiliates regarding the use of such materials and ideas, even if the material or an idea is used that is substantially similar to the material or idea you sent.
Feedback. KVA Holistic Wellness Center is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, techniques, or any other material contained in any communication you may send to us (“Feedback”), including responses to questionnaires or through postings to the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service, including the KVA Holistic Wellness Center website and user interfaces, worldwide and in perpetuity without further compensation, acknowledgment or payment to you for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving the KVA Holistic Wellness Center service. In addition, you agree not to enforce any “moral rights” in and to the Feedback, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Student conduct. We expect all students to follow strict moral conduct as laid out in Patanjali’s Yamas. At all times behavior must be kind and respectful to other students and the staff of the school. Violations of these rules lead to expulsion from the school.
Certifications. Some courses allow registration with 3rd party organizations such as World Yoga Federation, Yoga Alliance, Meditation Alliance International, and others. As these organizations are not in our control, we cannot guarantee that they will accept your registration or any other service they may offer.
Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and Assignment. KVA Holistic Wellness Center may, from time to time, change these Terms and Conditions. Such revisions shall be effective immediately; provided, however, for existing members, such revisions shall, unless otherwise stated, be effective 30 days after posting. We may assign our agreement with you to any affiliated company or to any entity that succeeds to all or substantially all of our business or assets related to the applicable KVA Holistic Wellness Center service.
