Kristin Valenti, Psy.M, BCHHP, HTMA-P, RMT, is a root-cause wellness leader, educator, and the creator of the M.A.S.H. Method™, a structured framework built around four foundational pillars: Minerals, Autonomic Balance, Stress Load, and Hormone Harmony. Her work helps adults over 40 move beyond the “it’s just aging” narrative and into a deeper understanding of what their body has actually been asking for.
With more than 25 years in holistic health and a Master’s in Psychology, Kristin brings together functional insight, science-grounded pattern recognition, and compassionate clinical care in a way that is both educational and deeply practical. She is known for helping clients decode the signals behind fatigue, weight changes, poor sleep, and hormone disruption, and for guiding them toward restoration using tools like Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, nervous system support, lifestyle alignment, and restorative wellness strategies that work with the body, not against it.
