We teach Authentic Yoga taught with Eastern philosophy. Our teachers are from around the world. We have instructors in the United States, Rishikesh, India, and South Africa. You will have advantages learning this way that many people do not have because of the wide range of teachers. We offer online, live and in-person classes. 

We offer classes in many various yoga practices. We also offer certifications if you want to be a Yoga or Meditation teacher. These classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced. 

We have one on one coaching to help you through your courses when you take certification classes to help you stay on track.
