A Yoga Therapist must possess strong communication skills, time management, the ability to understand body language, self-discipline, patience, compassion, strong active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build caring relationships. Our Yoga Therapist Course takes 1 year to complete. Upon completion, you will be tested and certified by the Yoga Certification Board of India, Ayush. You will have a Global Certification!
Our yoga therapist course is rigorous; practicum hours are required. Hours will be met while working alongside doctors and licensed therapists throughout the United States. Hours will be achieved in person or via live telehealth. If you’re new to the yoga world, that is okay! This foundational course will build skill sets in yoga and therapy simultaneously. Prior understanding of yoga is encouraged but not required.
