Welcome to the KVA Holistic Wellness Reiki Self Healing

Have you ever wanted to heal yourself, remove your stress, and sleep better? You can achieve this by learning Reiki. 

How does our Reiki Self-healing course work?

This course is for people who don’t want to learn all the symbols of Reiki. This is a pre-Reiki 1 course.  I will attune you to the Reiki energy so you can perform Reiki on yourself.

This gives you the ability to do Reiki on yourself at any time, any place. We have a discount for the new year. We are taking $15 off the regular price for a limited time. We can do the attunement either in person or by distance.  It works the same no matter which way you get attunes. If you decide to take Reiki 1 course after this one, we will credit the cost of this course towards the Reiki 1 class.
