Intro to HTMA
Decode Your Minerals, Discover Your Balance

What is HTMA?
HTMA stands for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis.
It’s a lab test that looks at the mineral content in a small sample of your hair. Think of it as a window into your body’s chemistry over the last 3–4 months. Unlike blood, which changes hour by hour, hair shows us your long-term trends.

What HTMA Looks For
Essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and sodium — the spark plugs that keep your cells working.
Toxic heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, and aluminum — substances that can interfere with energy, hormones, and mood.

Ratios between minerals â€” the balance matters as much as the levels.

For example:
Calcium: Magnesium tells us about muscle tension, stress, and sleep.
Sodium: Potassium gives clues about adrenal health and energy.

Why Balance Matters
Minerals run the show in your body:
They control how you make energy.
They shape your mood and focus.
They affect digestion, hormones, and immunity.
When minerals are out of balance, you may feel tired, anxious, inflamed, or stuck in cycles of stress.

How HTMA Can Support You
Find the hidden patterns behind symptoms like fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, anxiety, or hormone imbalances.
Personalized nutrition: learn which foods, herbs, or supplements may actually help you.
Stress insights: see how your nervous system and adrenals are handling life’s demands.
Track progress: repeat testing shows if your healing plan is working.

What the Test Involves
Snip a small amount of hair (close to the scalp, from the back of the head).
